Although we do make every effort to keep a current backup copy of your website, it is the responsibility of the customer to maintain a current copy of their website.
We encourage all customers to make their own personal copy of their website on a regular basis. You can do so inside the cPanel backup feature.
We do make a complete backup of your website nightly (snapshot). This means that we can not restore just one file but instead restore the whole site in one shot.
ToonieHosting is not responsible for lost data, time, income, or any other resource due to faulty, corrupted, or missing backups.
We do not keep backups after one week if your account is terminated or cancelled.
