All of our servers run in PHP's Safe Mode. Safe Mode is a series of checks performed by PHP to make sure scripts do not attempt to misbehave.
If you require Safe Mode to be disabled on your site, you will need to put in a trouble ticket asking support to turn this off for your site.
You will also be required to tell us the scripts that require safe mode to be disabled and also the reasoning behind it.
