Please follow these steps to create an email alias named bob@domain.com for your account:
1: First you will need to login to your Website Control Panel
2: Click on Configure Sendmail SMTP Server
3: Click on Add an Alias
4: Then add the following:
ALIAS: bob

If you want it to be forwarded to an existing pop3 on the server:
FORWARD TO: (Choose an existing pop3)
----------------------------------
If you want to forward to an off-server email address:
FORWARD TO: (Outside of domain)
my_email@your_isp.com
----------------------------------
Click ADD ALIAS
DONE!
