If you have lost your password for accessing your domain via FTP or the Site Administrator, you can reset it inside the members area.
Please note that when you use the password reset form, the NEW password will be emailed to the current administrative contact email address listed with the account. The change may take up to 5 minutes to become active.
If, after 5 minutes, the pasword still does not work, please feel free to submit a trouble ticket and will can take a look into this issue.
